Where a number appears, it comes from that data rather than from feel. What moves a character up is what it does for the rest of the team, how little field time it costs you, and how much of its value survives outside its own Reactor Attribute.","tiers":[{"tier":"S","label":"Build around them","description":"Characters that change what a team can do. Her Passive adds 3% team Ignis DMG for every Rose Bloom that explodes, stacking to 15%, and her Passive ability node is worth another 50% CRIT DMG by itself, the biggest single node in the game. Forty seconds covers two full carry rotations, and she needs eight seconds on the field to set it up. Half her value is locked to Ignis teams, and the other half goes anywhere.","url":"https://www.silverpalacemeta.com/characters/red-rose"},{"character":"\"Cinderella\"","tier":"S","headline":"The best crowd clear, with a crit build attached","reason":"Thermal Rampage grants 35% CRIT Rate for the whole Quenched window and her Passive node adds 20% more, the largest CRIT Rate node on the roster. That is most of a crit build handed to you before you equip anything, which frees her Implements to chase damage instead. Quenched then replaces her entire move set for 12 seconds with wide chain attacks that drag enemies together, so she answers a packed screen better than anyone. The catch is honest: her damage lives inside those 12 seconds, and a mistimed Ultimate costs the whole rotation.","url":"https://www.silverpalacemeta.com/characters/cinderella"},{"character":"Rex","tier":"S","headline":"The highest ceiling on the roster","reason":"Righteous Spirit stacks 7% ATK four times off Signature Moves and makes every Fulmen Resonance Effect deal two additional instances of damage. Rex attacks fast enough to keep both running at once, which is the point of him. His Ultimate multiplier is the highest in the game at 1561% by Lv.20 and it refunds a full 120 Rage, so the loop restarts the moment it ends, and he takes no damage at all during his three Skill casts. The bill comes as a hard Fulmen lock: outside a Fulmen team the better half of that Passive does nothing.","url":"https://www.silverpalacemeta.com/characters/rex"},{"character":"Hugin","tier":"S","headline":"Free, and the only carry that brings its own crowd control","reason":"Thus Spake the Raven leaves a Gravity Field that applies Time Dilation, and no other carry provides its own crowd control. Occam's Razor turns parries into Gravity Overdrive, so defending feeds the loop rather than interrupting it. Hugin's damage sits in the 4th combo hit at 288% by Lv.20, the Lv.2 charged attack and the Tactical Assault, which makes him the charged-attack and swap-in build of the two Detectives. He is guaranteed on every account, so every other S-tier pick stays a choice rather than a requirement.","url":"https://www.silverpalacemeta.com/characters/hugin"},{"character":"Munin","tier":"S","headline":"The same Detective, with a different damage profile","reason":"The female build is not a skin. Base stats and ability names match Hugin exactly, and then fourteen of their fifteen ability multipliers diverge. Munin's full five-hit combo is 6% stronger at Lv.20 and her Perfect Dodge Counter reaches 670% against Hugin's 412%, a 62% gap, so she pays for finishing combos and countering where he pays for charged attacks. Hugin's 4th hit is worth 288% to her 77%. Their Ultimates land within 0.3% of each other, so the decision is your playstyle, not your damage.","url":"https://www.silverpalacemeta.com/characters/munin"},{"character":"Argos","tier":"A","headline":"A flat 1000 ATK to the whole team, from a four-star","reason":"Bartending Insight gives every character on the team 1000 ATK after his Ultimate, plus another 10 per point of Argos's own Max HP up to 150, for 40 seconds. Nothing else hands out a flat number that size, and it reads on any carry regardless of attribute. Confession fills on its own while he is off the field, so his whole turn is a swap-in, one charge attack, an Ultimate and out. Build him HP rather than ATK: the buff scales off his Max HP, so his gear is where the team's damage actually comes from.","url":"https://www.silverpalacemeta.com/characters/argos"},{"character":"Cynthia II","tier":"A","headline":"The only grouping tool, and a debuff with no conditions","reason":"Sweetness Overload raises the damage its targets take by 10% for 40 seconds with no attribute requirement attached, which means she improves literally every team in the game. Crescent Compassion then leaves a boomerang that keeps pulling enemies together after she has swapped out, and no other character groups at all. Sweetness fills at 6 per second without her doing anything. Against a single boss the grouping is dead weight and she is reduced to a plain 10% debuff, which is still worth a slot.","url":"https://www.silverpalacemeta.com/characters/cynthia-ii"},{"character":"Bentham","tier":"A","headline":"The only four-star carry, and not a compromise","reason":"Set Schedule grants 40% Amplitude Multiplier off a Tactical Assault and makes Glacies Resonance Effects deal two extra instances, which is Rex's headline Passive on a four-star budget. Two Spot Check casts bank four Liquid Assets for a kick chain that builds resonance and Ultimate charge at the same time, her Ultimate restores the resources, and she can parry mid-combo without dropping the loop. She needs a Glacies core to reach this placement, and that core already exists: Argos and Gratia are both on this list.","url":"https://www.silverpalacemeta.com/characters/bentham"},{"character":"Gratia","tier":"B","headline":"A team-wide shield worth 40% of her health bar","reason":"Flowing Shield gives every character a shield equal to 40% of Gratia's Max HP for 20 seconds, and Silverium Blessing adds 12% team ATK for 40 seconds whenever a Glacies Resonance Effect fires, which she can trigger herself. Muscle Memory fills at 5 per second while she is off the field, so the cost is a single swap. Her Passive node is 16% HP, which compounds directly into shield size. Her own damage is forgettable, and the great sword is misleading about that.","url":"https://www.silverpalacemeta.com/characters/gratia"},{"character":"Firtho","tier":"B","headline":"The only healer, and the buff matters more than the healing","reason":"Second Heart is the only direct healing in the game, but the reason to field Firtho is what rides along with it: 1.5% team ATK per stack up to eight stacks for 40 seconds, while Pain Management cuts team damage taken by 20% across that same window. One button, three effects. Special Serum fills at 1 per second, and parrying while you hold the Skill triggers a fully charged release on the spot. She sits here because no Radiatio carry exists yet, so her attribute bonuses land on nobody.","url":"https://www.silverpalacemeta.com/characters/firtho"},{"character":"Gucia","tier":"B","headline":"Enormous for Resonance carries, close to nothing for the rest","reason":"Unknown Species Detected raises team Amplitude Coefficient by 10% for 40 seconds, and Academite hands another 10% to any teammate who uses a Tactical Assault while she waits in reserve. Amplitude Coefficient is crit rate for Resonance Effects, so this is a large buff to Rex and Bentham and almost nothing to Cinderella or the Detective. Her Skill also cuts Alba resistance, 5% below 200 Erudition and 10% at a full 300. A specialist, priced as one.","url":"https://www.silverpalacemeta.com/characters/gucia"},{"character":"Captain Kaboom","tier":"B","headline":"A poise breaker that carries, which frees a team slot","reason":"Repair Toolbox stacks 15% ATK twice while Pressure is being spent, so the spin buffs itself as it runs, and damage taken drops by 50% for as long as it lasts. Her Ultimate and Tactical Assault nodes carry the highest Break Exploit total on the roster, twice Lorin's. Building stun and building her own damage from one resource means a team around her needs no second poise breaker, and that fourth slot is worth more than the raw numbers suggest. She leans hard on crit, so she wants real gear before she pays out.","url":"https://www.silverpalacemeta.com/characters/captain-kaboom"},{"character":"Lorin","tier":"B","headline":"The fastest stun on the roster, if you can dodge","reason":"Lorin's Ultimate and Tactical Assault nodes total 37.5% Stun Buildup Bonus, half again what any other poise breaker carries, and Judgemental Intuition adds 40% Basic Attack damage for 5 seconds off Strategic Retreat. His combo pays 20 Street Smarts on the third and fifth hits against 5 on the openers, so cancelling straight to those hits with a dodge is the entire character. He contributes nothing Fulmen-specific, which makes him flexible and forgettable in the same breath.","url":"https://www.silverpalacemeta.com/characters/lorin"},{"character":"Alf","tier":"C","headline":"Outclassed at the one job she does","reason":"Alf breaks poise and does respectable damage while doing it, and her Ultimate refills all six Reserve Ammo for an immediate second shotgun sequence. The problem is Lorin, who carries 37.5% Stun Buildup Bonus in nodes against her 25% and does not have to stop to reload. Her Reserve Ammo regenerates at 0.2 per second, so the combo keeps breaking off to restock through the third-hit charge. She is the best Ignis poise breaker because she is the only one, which is a real reason to build her if that slot is empty.","url":"https://www.silverpalacemeta.com/characters/alf"},{"character":"Grimm","tier":"C","headline":"The hardest attribute lock in the game","reason":"Full Exposé cuts a target's Fulmen resistance by 15%, his Passive adds 5% team Fulmen DMG for 40 seconds, and his Ultimate refreshes the debuff to a full 40 seconds. Inside a Fulmen team that is a genuine damage increase for very little field time. Outside one it is worth nothing at all, because Grimm has no universal component whatsoever, and the debuff needs a setup hit before it lands, so he cannot even swap in and leave immediately. Build him if you are running Rex.","url":"https://www.silverpalacemeta.com/characters/grimm"}]}
