Each duplicate copy you feed in raises one substat by a step. The main stat is fixed.
He prepared each and every tool, setting them within reach. Everything needed to bring about life, to complete this one final task. It was already the wee hours of the morning, his candle long burnt out.
But suddenly, lit by dwindling candles, the mismatched corpse before him began to thrash; and then, it opened its hazy eyes...

Affix
Increases the holder's Ultimate Charge Efficiency by 20%. Upon unleashing their Tactical Assault, Skill, or Ultimate, they gain 1 Testing Records stack, lasting 40s and stacking up to 3 times. Testing Records stacks are consumed when a character unleashes their Tactical Assault, increasing their Amplitude Multiplier by 41.5% for 16s.
The effect is fixed: it does not change as you upgrade the substats, and it is identical on every copy of this title.
Who should equip this

Testing Records builds on his Tactical Assault, Skill and Ultimate, then a teammate's Tactical Assault spends it for 41.5% Amplitude Multiplier. That is the version to run behind a Resonance DPS, where CRIT DMG is wasted.

Banks Testing Records on her Erudition loop and hands the carry 41.5% Amplitude Multiplier when they use their Tactical Assault, which is the swap-in that puts them on the field.
