Silver Palace cosplay

Elementa has put 18 different cosplayers on its booth lineup cards across four stops of the 2026 tour: seven at Anime Expo, six at Japan Expo, three at Anime NYC and ten at gamescom. Several worked more than one stop. Anaelic and piichame did three each, and they are the two faces you are most likely to have seen at a Silver Palace booth.

What Elementa has never done is say who played whom. The cards show each cosplayer out of costume, with a name and nothing else. So every character on this page comes from the cosplayer's own post, or from a photographer who tagged them at the booth. Where nobody has posted a pairing, the card below says so rather than guessing, and that covers most of the gamescom ten.

Silver Palace cosplay by character

Each name links to the post that shows the costume.

Rex is the one worth a second look. 黄靖翔Nathaniel posted his on July 3, in the middle of Anime Expo, and titled it the first Rex cosplay on the internet. That is his claim, but this site has not found an earlier one. Cinderella is the other standout: Anaelic filmed herself building the costume, which is the closest thing to a pattern guide anyone has published for a Silver Palace outfit.

No official cosplay of Red Rose has been credited outside China. The only one on record is 安楠又楠 at Elementa's own stand at Bilibili World in Shanghai.

The official lineup cards

Elementa published one of these for every stop that had cosplayers. They are the only official source for who was booked.

How to meet them

The cosplayers are the main event at a Silver Palace booth, more than the stage. At gamescom, seven of the thirteen blocks on the daily schedule were an "Official Cosplayer Meet & Greet", and they filled almost every hour the stage was not using, so there was no wrong time to turn up. Anime Expo ran a fixed Cosplayers Group Photo at 15:30 instead, which is the one to plan around if you want them all in one shot.

At gamescom, photographing the cosplayers was also how you earned the character coaster: post the photo on X with #SilverPalace and #gamescom2026, then pre-register at the stand.

The next announced stop is gamescom asia in Bangkok, October 29 to November 1, 2026. Elementa has not published a cosplayer lineup for it yet. The world tour schedule is updated when it does.
